All rates are in Icelandic Krona. Rates are guaranteed after full payment has been made. All refunds are made in Icelandic Krona. If the exchange rate has fluctuated between the time of purchase and when the refund is issued, this might result in either an increase or decrease in the total amount refunded in your local currency.
Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy: Bookings under this plan are fully prepaid and non-refundable. Please note that we are unable to accommodate any cancellations or modifications once the booking has been confirmed. In case of cancellation or no-show, the total cost will be charged.
Standard Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are fully refundable up to 5 days prior to the check-in date. Any cancellations made within this 5-day period will result in the full price being charged.
Check-in is available between 16:00 and 22:00. If guests fail to check in by 22:00, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and corresponding charges will apply.
Early Arrivals: Guests arriving before 16:00 may be accommodated based on availability and prior confirmation. Please contact us in advance to arrange early check-in and avoid any inconvenience.
Late Arrivals: Please inform us in advance, if you anticipate arriving after 22:00, late check-in may result in an additional fee.
Check-out is required by 11:00. If a later check-out is desired, please inform us before your arrival or during your stay. Late check-outs are subject to availability, may incur additional charges, and cannot be guaranteed. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 7:00. Guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels to a minimum. Smoking in the rooms is strictly forbidden and will result in a 35,000 ISK penalty fee. This fee may also apply if a room is returned in a condition that requires deep cleaning (e.g., if a room has been used for cooking purposes).
Guests are required to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the comfort, safety, or enjoyment of other guests or staff. You are financially responsible for any damages to the property, furnishings, or fixtures caused during your stay. All outstanding balances must be settled prior to check-out. For unpaid charges identified after check-out, the credit card provided at the time of booking will be charged automatically.
